What is Your Return Policy?
You have thirty (30) calendar days from the date you receive the glasses to reach us for a return shipping label if you want to return them for any reason. You will get 50% store credit excluding shipping.
All glasses are custom made and strictly follow your prescription. If you feel that glasses are off script just contact us – we will check them and redo the lenses if any inconsistency identified. You should provide your up-to-date prescription for any redo work. Apologize no redo for glasses if wrong prescription entered or provided.
We do not reuse frames or lenses and dispose all returns.
Each order is eligible for a one-time return.
Sorry no return for free items like free readers.
Do you have a warranty?
All frames have a 365-day manufacturer’s warranty. If it is unlikely happens we will provide you with a 50% store credit towards another pair of glasses. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, negligence, or improper care.
I want to return my glasses. What to do?
If you need to return your glasses, follow the simple steps below: call (844) 393-2646, chat or email us within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving the item to get your return shipping label. Return must include eyeglasses with lenses, eyeBOGO case, microfiber cloth, and free reading glasses if applicable.
