What is Your Return Policy?
You have thirty (30) calendar days from the date you receive the glasses to reach us if you want to return them for any reason. You will get 50% store credit excluding shipping (free shipping orders – $5 shipping fee applied).
All glasses are custom made and 100% follow your prescription. If you feel that glasses are off script just contact us – we will check them and redo the lenses if any inconsistency identified. You should provide your up-to-date prescription for any redo work. Apologize no redo for the wrong prescription entered or provided, includes the wrong size chosen.
Note: FitWizard tool does not provide full accuracy and depends on camera, light, angel, hair, and intends as best match possible.
We do not reuse frames or lenses and dispose all returns.
Each order is eligible for a one-time return.
Sorry no return for free items like free readers.
Do you have a warranty?
All frames have a 365-day manufacturer’s warranty. If it is unlikely happens we will provide you with a 50% store credit (except designer glasses like Versace, Gucci, etc) towards another pair of glasses. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, negligence, improper care or normal wear and tear to the frames, lenses and coatings.
I want to return my glasses. What to do?
If you need to return your glasses, follow the simple steps below: call (844) 393-2646, chat or email us within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving the item to get your return shipping label. No printer for return label? We will mail it to you ($1 charge apply). Return must include eyeglasses with lenses, eyeBOGO case, microfiber cloth, and free reading glasses if applicable.
I sent my glasses back. What’s next?
When you sent glasses back, we will inspect them – internally and third-party lab. You will receive an email when we have processed the store credit refund.
I placed order and want to cancel it.
If you want to cancel your order – please contact us within 24 hours after order placement otherwise $20 cancelation fee will be applied. Cancel request after 36 hours – you got 50% store credit.
USPS tracking says delivered but you do not receive your order?
Contact your local USPS office immediately. Contact us – we will open a ticket with USPS.
Report mail theft to USPS. The Postal Inspection Service is the law enforcement arm of the United States Postal Service. Among its responsibilities is the investigation of complaints of possible violations of the mail fraud law and mail theft. The Postal Inspection Service can be reached by calling 1-877-876-2455 or via their website at https://postalinspectors.uspis.gov/.
You also can file a report with your local Police Department.
The Free Shipping (USPS First-Class Mail) has no insurance coverage and we do not responsible for stolen or lost packages. We recommend using Standard Shipping (USPS Priority Mail) or USPS Express Mail to get your shipping insured. The shipping insurance claim requires USPS non-delivery report.
